My initial room wasn’t as expected, but after expressing my concerns, they switched me to a better room that was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, being close to the metro station. Highly recommended!

The rooms were spotless, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent, thanks to Madhuri and Prasanna. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the spa after a busy day. Just a heads up, you have to go outside to pick up food deliveries, but it didn't really dampen my stay. 😊
